Project Summary

TMA’s growing construction supply company was in need of a facility to accommodate their headquarters and an expanding customer service department. This design-build, pre-engineered metal building included a 6,500 square foot office space with a mezzanine as well as 20,500 square foot warehouse with 26-foot clear height to include dock high and ramped truck doors. The desired location of the facility directly on the property line presented several assembly challenges and the team at dcb Construction Company was still able to complete the project both on time and under budget.
