Project Summary

The Collective exhibits the client’s vision for a unique workplace environment, utilizing natural building massing elements with a modern aesthetic. Building #2 is a single level office building with 30,000 square feet. Building #3 is a site cast tilt-up 2 story office building approximately 38,000 square foot in size. The overall development consists of 3 buildings in which dcb Construction Company Inc. was involved in the pre-design, construction documents and construction phases.
