Project Summary

Completed in 2017, this beautiful three story facility was planned, entitled, designed and constructed by dcb Construction, Inc. This development is a 123,000 square foot conditioned self-storage facility complete with plenty of interior units as well as exterior accessible, first level large conditioned drive up storage units. The architect utilized varying exterior materials including masonry as well as Insulated Metal Panels to provide an appealing blend of southwest flair merged with valued developer color schemes.
