Loveland Self Storage

Project Summary

This storage facility consisted of three buildings on a 4.2 acre site in Loveland, Colorado. The main building is a 64,000 square foot, climate controlled space with an appealing contemporary design. The second and third buildings are single story drive-up facilities that blend in with the with the architecture of the main building. The pre-engineered metal buildings consisted of concrete masonry units, metal panels and stucco with design elements that tie these various materials together. The interior provides an inviting space for customers and utilizes materials that maintain the durability for this self storage use type. The buildings were completed on budget and ahead of schedule.
