Project Summary

The building wall exterior elevations on this pre-engineered metal building demonstrate a combination of mixed materials including metal wall panels, stone, and stucco to meet the planning department requirements. The best in class, trapezoidal standing seam roof system delivers a 60-year life expectancy. The building materials dcb Construction Company Inc., supplied and erected are 100% recyclable and one pound out of three erected was reclaimed from recycled steel. To further maintain an energy efficient building, a modern multiple layer insulation system with synthetic vapor barriers was used which maintain low cost energy bills. Amenities include locker, clubhouse and concessions along with the main soccer field for all age groups. Our company was contracted for design assist, supply, erect and upon the completion of this project dcb Construction Company, Inc was hired to do further work for both the owner and the G.C.
