dcb Construction Company, Inc. proudly joins forces with SDA, Inc. to embark on a collaborative mission toward the new construction of a Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) for theĀ U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in Aurora, Colorado. This visionary project stands as a tribute to the legacy of Lieutenant Colonel John W. Mosley. The ongoing construction of the clinic involves a 30,000 square-foot medical office building on a 4.6-acre site. Site work covers the establishment of a 146-space parking lot, utility connections, and landscaping. Construction components feature a design that includes a shallow concrete foundation, a steel structure, light gauge metal framing, masonry veneer, stucco, wood-look panel rain screen cladding, an ACM entrance canopy, storefront windows, entrances, and a TPO roofing system. Construction is scheduled to be finished by the end of 2024.
