Project Summary

Hilltop Self Storage, or as it commonly became known as County Line Self Storage, is another multi-story conditioned development entitled, designed, and constructed by dcb Construction, Inc. Completed in 2016, this 81,000 square foot facility was built on two entirely separate foundations in an effort to strategically navigate allowable height limits while maximizing buildable area. Under strict HOA design requirements, this development has become a successful addition to the neighborhood supporting the many varying users on the southern part of Littleton, Colorado.
