Graebel Companies Headquarters

Project Summary

The international headquarters of Graebel Companies, Inc. includes an 85,500 square foot, three-story corporate office and a 324,500 square foot warehouse, all built by dcb Construction Company. The site cast office was the first three-story tilt up building constructed in Colorado and was erected by dcb site cast crews. Executive offices for national headquarters with 120 seat auditorium, conference and training facilities, cafeteria, lunchroom, and computer room are all finished to Class A levels. The Operations building completed concurrently with the office building includes bonded storage for Graebel’s moving operations as well as extensive administrative functions.

dcb provided considerable pre-construction and value engineering services in order to make the project feasible.
