Buffalo Mountain Storage Phase 1 & 2

Project Summary

Buffalo Mountain Storage Phase 1, located in Silverthorne, Colorado, is a state-of-the-art storage facility providing close to 1000 climate-controlled units spread across three floors. The facility includes a covered loading/unloading area for convenience and a contemporary office space for customer service. dcb Construction Company managed all aspects of the project, from preconstruction to construction. Additionally, dcb Construction oversaw the expansion project, Phase 2, which added 27,000 square feet of drive-up units to meet growing demand.
