Mountain West Business Park (MWBP) is a master planned industrial project consisting of 8 buildings ranging in size from 8,527 square feet to 43,453 square feet. The buildings were offered with clear heights ranging from 18’ to 30’. The 27-acre parcel of land was maximized utilizing a regional detention pond and well planned circulation. The construction type consists of site cast tilt concrete panels, a TPO roof system and integration of thermal storefront systems. dcb acted as the general contractor throughout the process ultimately bringing the project in on time and on budget.
