Project Summary

Located on 18 acres in the Great Western Industrial Park, this Design Build project for Schlumberger was completed in 2015. This 14,300 square foot Pre-engineered metal building included a 4,640 square foot office, and tool and equipment shop, maintenance bays and several cranes. The dcb Construction Inc team were tasked early with challenging entitlement negotiations with the city of Windsor as well as several challenges to the site development including the relocation of a massive water line and extensive dry utility relocations.
