Woodward at Copper Mountain

Project Summary

This barn-like facility located in the picturesque ski town of Copper Mountain Resort is the first indoor ski & snowboarding training camp with 19,000 square foot of terrain park and pipe progression. The area has 3 zones: gym cross training area, snow zone with Big Air drop-ins to foam pit landing and skate / bmx / in-line zone. It is also a Green Globes certified project. As the design-build contractor, dcb Construction Company Inc., constructed this pre-engineered building with a clear span of 125’ to support a snow load of 2.4 million pounds.
